Our collaboration with Huppa
Huppa, formerly known as Upfresh, had clear and ambitious innovation goals. The challenge was to realise a large-scale growth project at the existing location. Logflow developed a master plan vision that began with an inventory optimisation. Logflow guided the customer from design to go-live in this challenging automation project. This involved much more than just a storage system. The distribution center consists of five levels, with 168 shuttles supporting the necessary reactivity. The built-in flexibility ensured a seamless integration with Franky Vleeswaren.
About Huppa
In March 2023, UpFresh and Franky Fresh Food announced their merger and since October 2024 they have been operating under a new name: Huppa. This new brand represents the fusion of more than 120 years of experience in the fresh food sector, with 7 locations in Belgium and 400 employees. Huppa offers more than 12,000 fresh products, such as cheese and ready-made meals, for both retail and wholesale. With a turnover of 240 million euros, Huppa strengthens its service and expertise, with innovation and quality at the core. The company took a significant step with the launch of a fully automated refrigerated warehouse, which improves logistical efficiency and flexibility. Huppa is ready for the future and continues to commit to sustainable growth and customer-focused service.
