About Logflow

Logistics is becoming increasingly complex. Successfully managing it requires not only a deep understanding of logistics processes but also expertise in digitalisation and automation. Solutions must strengthen business operations while aligning with a long-term strategy. In short: 'You don’t need eyes to see, you need vision!'

Every business is unique. Making the right choices is often a challenge because much remains hidden within the flow of goods. Logflow has the structure, expertise, approach, and methodology to guide companies through this process—making us a unique player in the world of consultancy.

We understand that success isn’t about being right; it’s about getting it right. It’s not about making promises but about working together to implement the right solutions and scaling them to achieve the desired results. For us, consultancy is a results-driven commitment to making companies more competitive.

With an enthusiastic team, Logflow continuously proves that this can be done in an ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible manner. Our mission is accomplished when you achieve Olympic gold—ready for the next games.

Strategy

Strategy is the starting point of everything. Is your business strategy clear? Are your stock levels optimal? Do you have a clear production plan? Are you considering expanding, adding on, designing a new facility or adjusting your distribution network? Are you wondering what possibilities you have within your current premises? Do you want to increase your production capacity? Or are you thinking about insourcing, outsourcing or digitalisation?

Logistics could be the engine of your growth. Together, we look for the right answers and determine the best strategy. Sometimes a thorough audit is needed to define the optimal course.

Master plan

Think about your processes first, then about the building. Think before you start! Before hiring an architect, you should think about your business processes. Logistics and production form the foundation, around which the building is constructed. Automation and digitalisation play a crucial role in optimizing the available space and minimizing your footprint. To help you with this, you can turn to Logflow, as we call ourselves logistics architects

Is your warehouse ready for the future? Is your company experiencing strong growth? Are you facing significant challenges in your warehouse, such as setting up e-commerce, later cut-off times, changing customer demands, or a shortage of space? Are you confronted with the challenge of building a new factory? Do you want to automate and digitalise? Has your operation historically evolved alongside your growth and do you need to rethink the physical layout? All of this begins with a well-thought-out master plan.

A master plan stands for business process reengineering. It is a well-founded plan with a future-oriented vision for the short, medium, and long term. A master plan is not yet an execution plan and is drawn up without the involvement of suppliers or third parties. Starting from a known business strategy, it creates the right vision to avoid many pitfalls.

Conceptual design

From master plan to concrete implementation plan. The master plan is followed by the conceptual design, the next step towards an implementation plan. Together with the customer and suppliers, Logflow translates the vision into a concrete plan, often focusing on digitalisation and automation. In collaboration with architects, this plan is integrated into the construction process. Preparing specifications, tendering resources (WMS/MES/WCS, hard automation), and calculating operational costs and return on investment effects are also part of this phase of the step-by-step plan. Throughout the entire process, Logflow always provides independent advice

The operational processes are converted into a concrete layout that optimally supports these processes. From detailed engineering of workstations to setting up a Lean flow, we guide you through the entire process. The result is an implementation plan with a clear cost-benefit analysis—a guarantee for successful implementation without budget overruns or unexpected problems. If desired, Logflow also supports the implementation of the solution.

Implementation

We guide you from design to realisation. When you want to implement the conceptual design, Logflow takes the lead. We guide the implementation with project management dashboards and ensure smooth progress, from the physical implementation to the correct configuration of WMS and MES.

Our consultants, with operational experience and coaching skills, support automation acceptance testing and ensure that your employees are well engaged and trained for a successful go-live. With KPI dashboards, we provide insight into progress and lay the foundation for continuous improvement. Together, we strive for evolution, not revolution.

Continuous improvement

Support does not stop after go-live. After go-live, the process of continuous improvement continues, and Logflow remains here to support you. With a structured approach and targeted KPIs, we optimise processes step by step. Functionalities are gradually expanded and deployed. You are now in the stage of evolution: small adjustments that yield significant improvements.

Business Process Reengineering (BPR)

Depending on the phase in which a company finds itself, it is essential to choose the right approach. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) involves a thorough review of business processes, aimed at implementing drastic improvements in logistics drivers, efficiency, quality, flexibility, lead time and space usage. BPR is always preceded and followed by continuous improvement

Logflow guides companies through both steps, from radical restructuring to continuous improvement.
