Do you have a passion for logistics? Great, you have found the way to Logflow and are applying. We will respond to your application as soon as possible.

1st interview

We are happy to make time for you to get to know each other. During this initial exploratory conversation with our CEO, Eric Vandenbussche, and HR Manager we thoroughly explain our business model and our activities. We are also curious about your interests and motivation. This conversation mainly focuses on your personal mindset and drive.

2nd interview

Did the introductory interview go well? Then we invite you for a second interview and a practical test. This gives you the opportunity to experience the Logflow methodology in practice and get a better understanding of our work.

3rd interview & salary proposal

If we see that you fully fit within our no-nonsense company philosophy after the practical test, we would be happy to invite you for a third interview to discuss the terms of your personal job offer.

Welcome aboard!

Your personal training program starts today. Every new employee receives training in our unique approach and is guided from day one by an assigned mentor. This way, you can quickly and efficiently contribute to one or more of our projects.

Will I receive training if I start working at Logflow?

Yes, you receive thorough training when you start at Logflow. In the first few weeks, you dive completely into the Logflow methodology, where theory and practical exercises alternate. After the training process, you will quickly be allowed to participate in a real project so that you can continue to grow under supervision.

What does my first day at Logflow look like?

On your first day of work, you'll meet your new colleagues and get a tour of the Logflow-tower. After handling the last practical matters, you'll start with the training program.

What can I expect from working at Logflow?

Fun within Logflow? You bet! Every month, the event team organises a Friday Office Day with various fun activities such as game nights, summer barbecues, sports events, and quizzes. In addition, we plan an annual team building activity where we go out together.

How many vacation days do I get at Logflow?

At Logflow, you work 40 hours a week. In return, you get 12 additional days off on top of the statutory holidays and public holidays.

Are employees kept informed about the strategy of Logflow?

Yes, we make sure to keep you well-informed about Logflow's strategy. Twice a year, we organise a team meeting where we share the results achieved and explain our future ambitions and plans.
