Van Oirschot

Logflow has designed a new distribution center for Van Oirschot and unburdened them throughout the entire process: from design to go-live. We set up a master plan to facilitate the transition from a semi-manual to a more automated method of working. The warehouse is controlled by state-of-the-art WMS. We realised optimal space use by using space condensing storage techniques and mezzanines, without sacrificing efficiency and flexibility. Logflow guides the customer in a continuous improvement process with KPI tracking, aimed at further optimisation.

Van Oirschot is a wholesaler for professionals in the HVAC sector, with 12 branches in Belgium. The company offers energy-efficient solutions for ventilation, heating and sanitation, and focuses on the professional market. Van Oirschot supports installation companies with a wide range of services and possibilities, both physically and digitally.
