Our collaboration with Top Interieur
Logflow developed a logistics master plan for Top Interieu's new store and high-bay warehouse in Massenhoven. This plan was aimed at optimising storage and efficiency, taking into account the company's growth and changing product offerings (such as kitchens and garden furniture). Logflow recommended, among other things, the storage of furniture at height, which is uncommon in the sector, but it proved to be an effective solution. The implementation of customised furnitury carts and a man-up narrow aisle truck increased efficiency and safety. In addition, the layout of the warehouse was optimised by rotating the racks 90 degrees, which led to longer, more efficient aisles and improved safety during operations.
