SSA Sporting Goods was active in Blankenberge when Logflow was brought in to develop a vision to support the company's further growth. Logflow advised facilitating the growth at a more suitable location in Ostend. Logflow guided and unburdened SSA Sporting Goods throughout the entire process, from design to the go-live of a new distribution center. A semi-manual concept was chosen, with a focus on minimal space usage, but with maximum growth potential, including the possibility to expand with an AS/RS system in the future.
