When Pittman Seafoods approached us, they were convinced that relocation was necessary due to lack of space. Logflow analysed the situation and developed a master plan with a smart redesign of the existing site. Not only were the production space and warehouses optimised, but the administrative processes were also reexamined.
By actively involving floor and warehouse workers, we mapped out all processes and created an efficient layout within the existing footprint. The result? Pittman Seafoods was able to implement the redesign without moving and now works optimally within the available space.
