The Picobello team had been working for several years on plans for a new building, but remained stuck in an endless search for the ideal layout and concept. After eleven different design variants without a breakthrough, Picobello brought in Logflow to breathe new life into the project.

In line with our motto, “You don’t need eyes to see, you need vision,” we gave the project a clear vision — the essential foundation for making progress. By thoroughly mapping out the logistical processes and thinking strategically, we were able to make swift decisions together with all stakeholders.

Thanks to our approach, the building ended up with a smaller, more efficient footprint than originally planned. This left room in the initial phase for future expansion. The new build was tackled in phases — not just in terms of the structure, but also the internal layout. This ensures ongoing flexibility for future growth and optimisation.

By applying Logflow principles, work zones were logically grouped, creating greater calm and structure on the work floor. Without increasing staffing levels, efficiency was improved: employees are not working faster, but rather smarter and in a more organised way.

In addition to layout optimisation, Logflow also supported Picobello with the positioning, guidance and advice regarding specialised machinery and equipment, such as industrial washing machines, wash tunnels and sorting lines. Thanks to our “detailed engineering” approach, we ensured seamless integration of all processes.
