Our collaboration with Ducaju
The Ducaju group wanted to merge the Hellyn Wielsbeke (10,000m²) and BDMO Meulebeke (5,000m²) sites into a new site in Haandeput Meulebeke. The Ducaju project team couldn't fit the entire factory on the 16,000m² site. Logflow's expertise was called upon to develop a long-term master plan concept. Thanks to the sustainable and space-saving Logflow concept, with multi-layer production on two levels and a high-bay warehouse with efficient storage techniques, only 9,000m² of construction was needed in the first phase. Long-term expansions for production, warehouse and shipping can be executed independently from each other. Office and social spaces can be expanded vertically in the future by adding an extra floor, and finishing zones (high care/cleanroom activities) can also be added on top of the shipping area.
