Our collaboration with Donck
Logflow conducted a network study on the supply of the distribution center in Roeselare, analysing deliveries from the hub in the Netherlands and direct supply from suppliers. Based on this analysis, we defined the role of the distribution center in Roeselare and developed a brownfield master plan for the central warehouse. This led to the implementation of a state-of-the-art WMS-control, which was successfully applied in a challenging order picking environment with strong peak periods. Throughout this process, Logflow's Lean principles were applied and the team received the necessary coaching. This approach has prepared the client for further automation, once again confirming that the right vision can be a true turning point for a company.
