Decospan

Logflow developed a master plan vision for the plant in Menen. Based on the results of this study, the already initiated construction activities were stopped. Given the location of the plant, it was decided to build a high-bay warehouse specifically for wood products. By implementing a WMS and MES system, we achieved an advanced and highly automated process for a challenging product. This project underlines once again the importance of starting with a solid vision as the foundation for success.
