Our collaboration with Ardo
Ardo asked Logflow for advice on possible improvements in automation at the Ardooie site. Logflow suggested developing a master plan vision for the location. The result of this study marked a significant turning point for the company: the realisation of the group's very first high-bay cold store. From design to go-live, Logflow guided the project. Thanks to the implementation of WMS-control, efficient order picking was set up on the mezzanine in the cold store. This success paved the way for multiple high-bay projects within the group in the following years. Logflow assisted in several of these projects, each time starting from a vision through a master plan definition.
