Tasks of a conceptual design:

• Warehouse assignment
• Defining the necessary resources for the realization of the concept
• Defining the various work stations, VAL stations, conditioning stations
• Validating the ideal inbound, storage, replenishment and outbound techniques
• Preparing the revised and detailed TO-BE goods flows for the final concept
• Drawing up the layout on the current architectural plan and setting up the implementation plan
• Validating the operational cost of the Logflow concept + investment overview
• Setting up a high level implementation procedure
• Setting up a high level project plan
• Option: tendering of hardware and automation with supplier(s)
• Option: Civil engineering assistance
