Our collaboration with Lecot
For several years, Logflow has been working closely with Lecot to optimise their logistical processes and make them more efficient. During various business process reengineering (BPR) trajectories, we have contributed to a more efficient and economically responsible logistical approach, tailored to Lecot's strong growth ambitions. In the initial phase, a state-of-the-art solution was implemented, with a WMS system in combination with a VLM lane (Kardex) forming the heart of the operation. Recently a new milestone was reached: the transition to an advanced AS/RS bin system (KNAPP). Again we took into account substantial growth of Lecot in the update of the master plan. Moreover, there is room for further automation thanks to a strategically designed company layout. Logflow continues to support Lecot by using logistical strength as a leverage for further growth.
