Copahome enlisted Logflow to thoroughly restructure their production flows and logistics processes. Through a smart redesign of the factory layout, the capacity within the same space was doubled, without the need for additional staff. The project brought structure to a complex environment and led to a more efficient production line, shorter lead times, and improved quality.

Alongside the physical restructuring, we supported Copahome in preparing for a new ERP system, which facilitated further automation and provided a better overview of orders and inventory.
