Kanaal Z has created an extensive report on the Logistics Project of DASSY Professional Workwear, which they realised from design to go-live together with Logflow. With this project, DASSY has won the "Logistics Project of the Year Award 2022".
Dassy has recently fully automated and expanded its warehouse, with the aim of supporting the company's growth and increasing efficiency. With the implementation of advanced systems such as shuttle and box conveyors, automatic waste disposal, and an automatic box sealer, Dassy has drastically accelerated its picking and shipping processes. The new system allows for up to 400 picks per hour per employee, while the order turnaround time has been significantly reduced.
Thanks to the modular design of the system, Dassy can easily expand further in the future, both in terms of storage capacity and reactivity. This enhances the flexibility and scalability of the logistics operation, which is essential for the company's growth. Moreover, the investment contributes to sustainability, as the optimised warehouse layout significantly reduces the required space.
