Senior business consultant production

Logflow is looking for a driven senior consultant to design business layouts with intralogistics concepts in a production environment.

During a master plan study, the long-term vision for the production site with its logistical activity is developed for clients from all sectors.

As a senior consultant, you bring together production and logistical operating principles, hard automation and IT control into a streamlined concept tailored to the client. In this, you are supported by a team of consultants, analysts and experts in various fields.

THESE WILL BE YOUR TASKS

You will implement master plan projects for clients:
- Mapping out the current production and logistical processes based on goods flows
- Evaluating the current operation of intralogistics processes
- Requesting and analyzing production and logistics data to quantify flows and gain insight into the client's operations
- Calculating the operational cost AS IS
- Designing a TO BE concept (layout with associated goods flows and principles)
- Calculating the operational cost of the TO BE concept
- Determining the investment budget and ROI
You present the results of the (master plan) project to the client's management team.
You carry out production and logistics studies at a strategic level.
You monitor the project timing and budget.
You manage a project team and follow it up.

ABOUT YOU

You have already gained experience in, and have a strong affinity with, intra-logistic, production and operational processes in production environments.
- Knowledge of these processes in different sectors is a plus.
You have a higher education as an engineer or business engineer (or similar through experience).
Different production methods (line, batch, ...), different principles of production supply and disposal are no secret to you.
You are willing to learn the Logflow methodologies.
You can maintain an overview (helicopter view) over your various ongoing projects and manage employees in a planned manner.
You possess the necessary soft skills that allow you to communicate smoothly with people at all levels of an organisation.
You have strong analytical skills and synthetic abilities.
You have a flexible, no-nonsense mentality.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office and a very good knowledge of Excel.
You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
