Commercial Assistant

In this role, you are a key pillar within the commercial team. You make sure everything runs smoothly and provide professional, customer‑focused support to both the Commercial Director and the sales team. Your contribution keeps the engine running — and helps drive our commercial success forward.
Your Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the Commercial Director’s agenda, coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth planning.
- Support the sales team by drafting, preparing and proactively following up on tailored quotations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by answering inquiries, thinking proactively with clients, and contributing actively to account management.
- Assist with prospecting, including making first contact with new leads and nurturing initial interest.
- Manage, update and structure the CRM system, ensuring high-quality customer and prospect data at all times.

- You work autonomously and service‑oriented, with the confidence to operate independently where needed.
- Taking initiative is second nature to you, and you’re eager to put that strength to use.
- You are customer‑focused, communicative, and feel completely at ease with client interaction and commercial follow‑up.
- You always adopt a professional attitude when dealing with external stakeholders at different levels.
- You’re a true team player with a commercial mindset, someone who gains energy from collaborating with colleagues and clients while contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- You work accurately, analytically and in a structured manner, especially when it comes to data management, input and quotation follow‑up.
- You have a keen eye for detail.
- You are comfortable using Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in a commercial internal sales role is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central) is a plus.
- You feel at home in the services sector and possess a certain technical affinity.
- You can express yourself professionally in Dutch, French and English, both verbally and in writing.
